Why belly breathe?

Simply put… we are out of touch!

Most of us are caught up in a blur of activity. We are constantly multi-tasking and often in a rush. We are consumed with electronics and our egos. We have GPS’s but we don’t know where we are. We are so overly self absorbed that we have lost sight of the important things in life and we live separate from nature. Basically, we have lost the balance of mind, body and soul.

Belly breathing is possibly the best way to re-integrate mind and body, to slow down, de-stress, relax and re-balance.

Belly breathing is also the way to the healer we each have inside ourselves and will help in your transformation from anger to understanding, from pain to comfort, from denial and depression to acceptance and grace and from prescription medications and drugs to your own healer within.
