Dr. Howard Koseff

Dr. Koseff lives and belly breathes in British Columbia, Canada with his wife Lauri and German Shepherd Flecha (both are belly breathers too!). He is a medical doctor and has a special interest in Mind/Body Medicine and self healing.

He runs the Mind/Body Medicine Program at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Centre, Vancouver General Hospital in Vancouver.

Dr. Koseff lectures and offers Mind/Body Medicine seminars.

He graduated in 1986 from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

He has been in active medical practice for the last 20 years.
