Your Healer Within

The word HEAL comes from the Greek word Holos which means WHOLE.

Ancient civilizations understood very well that health is a wholeness; a balance of mind, body and spirit. They knew that in order to stay healthy and to heal they needed to be whole.

Unfortunately, modern man has forgotten this basic truth. We have separated mind and body and we are no longer whole. Many of us have lost touch with our own healing powers.

Let me be clear… we all have a HEALER WITHIN inside. This is an innate healing energy which can help us become healthier and happier with less reliance on medications and drugs and even less dependence on doctors and therapists. This is the power you have within that boosts your immune system and gives you energy and vitality. The HEALER WITHIN is the force that will enable you to fight off bacteria and viruses and prevent cancer cells from taking hold in your body.

How do you access your HEALER WITHIN? Or put another way… What do you need to do to become more WHOLE?

  1. Belly breathe.
  2. Slow down.
  3. Become more aware, more mindful.
  4. Belly breathe some more.
  5. Know what your priorities in life are and live them.
  6. Simplify.
  7. Talk to people you trust and let your stress out.
  8. Be true to yourself and stop doing the things in your life that are not meaningful.
  9. Lessen the toxins you consume and expose yourself to.
  10. Belly breathe even more.
  11. Trust that you have the innate knowledge and resources to heal yourself. You are powerful.
  12. Use and be aware of all of your 5 senses, not just your vision.
  13. Use your intuition, this is your sixth sense.
  14. Take time to relax and do something you enjoy every day.
  15. Do not believe in the limitations of the known.
